Circuit Judge, Second Judicial Circuit
An elected circuit judge of Florida's Second Judicial Circuit. The circuit directory lists Tiffany Baker-Carper at the Leon County Courthouse, Room 331. Her judge page still says she serves in Criminal Division A. Administrative Order 2026-02 First Amendment, signed August 17, 2026, and effective as of August 10, 2026, assigns her to the family division.
The circuit serves Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, and Wakulla counties. The August 2026 order assigns her Leon County Family Division J, which receives 45 percent of that county's family cases. The same order assigns Criminal Division A to Angela C. Dempsey. The circuit has other circuit judges.
